About the Role

As an onboarded Business Development Executive at GTC Residence, your primary focus is to consistently deliver on sales targets, nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, and represent the GTC brand with excellence. You are expected to leverage your training, tools, and networks to contribute meaningfully to GTC Nairobi's luxury real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans aligned with your personal sales targets
  • Actively follow up on qualified leads and convert them into closed sales
  • Conduct personalized property viewings and virtual tours for prospective clients
  • Maintain and update detailed client records using the company CRM system
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers, corporate clients, and referral agents
  • Attend and represent GTC at activations, events, and site showcases
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, event invitations, and content feedback
  • Provide detailed feedback on market shifts, client needs, and competitor offerings
  • Ensure all communications reflect the GTC brand image of professionalism and luxury

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in luxury real estate or high-value products
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong network within Nairobi's business and high-net-worth community
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Deep understanding of the Kenyan real estate market
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills

Performance Expectations

  • Monthly Sales Target Achievement – consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
  • Lead Conversion – demonstrate strong follow-up and conversion of marketing-generated leads
  • Client Relationship Management – maintain high client satisfaction and post-sale engagement
  • Reporting & CRM Compliance – keep daily logs of pipeline activity, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Collaboration & Initiative – contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal training

  • Number of units sold and value closed monthly/quarterly
  • Volume and quality of qualified leads converted
