GTC is located in Westlands, Nairobi’s emerging central business district, and home to Australian High Commission and Consulate, Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi, Nairobi Stock Exchange and Standard Chartered Bank Head Office, etc.

What’s more, in close proximity to the project are well-developed living amenities including Capital Club East Africa, Sarit Center, Westgate Mall, Aga Khan University Hospital, University of Nairobi, Nairobi International School, International Christian Kindergarten, Kabete International School and more.

Meanwhile GTC is adjacent to Waiyaki Way and Forest Road, two of Nairobi’s arterial roads that bring convenient access to key city areas such as the CBD, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, etc.

Last but not least, the Chiromo Lane within the project is planned to be upgraded into an 18-metre 4-lane dual carriageway, bring global success within the reach from the GTC.
